Return Policy

Returns can be made within 30 days of shipment for exchange or refund. (For Liturgical/lyrical Apparel see policy below) For exchanges, there will be a reshipment charge. Special orders, not listed on the web site, are not returnable or refundable. Shipping charges are non-refundable. International orders will be charged full shipping charges.

All returns must be shipped to: Movement Connection.com, 24118 Lorain Rd, N. Olmsted Ohio 44070. Website returns are NOT accepted at the retail division location. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.

If an item needs to be returned for an exchange or credit, call us toll free at 1.877.326.2300 to obtain a Return Authorization Number. This number must be on the outside of the package that is being returned. We will gladly accept packages for return/exchange only when the Return Authorization Number is printed clearly on the outside of the package. All other packages are returned to the sender.

Customer is responsible for return freight. Return package must be sent postage paid.

Merchandise must be in new resalable condition in the original packaging with tags still attached. This means not worn, soiled, showing any odor/fragrance or alteration. Any item that is returned that fails to meet these requirements will be return to the sender and no credit will be given. ALL TIGHTS ARE A FINAL SALE.

Shoe boxes must not be damaged and shoes must show no signs of use. DO NOT USE THE SHOE BOX AS THE SHIPPING BOX. Any package returned using the shoe box as the shipping carton will be returned to the customer as the product is considered unsalable.

Return package must include instructions telling us what you would like done with your returned items. Include a copy of your invoice. If you send the original invoice, it will not be returned.

"Check" customers must include a check for reshipment charges with return.

Liturgical/Lyrical/praisewear Apparel - Item(s) are not returnable for credit or exchange. ALL ARE A FINAL SALE AS THEY ARE MADE TO ORDER.
All belly dancing items are a final sale.
