For all returns/exchanges contact Customer Service at (877)326-2300 within 30 (thirty) days receipt of your order.
Customer Service will issue a RA Number (Return Authorization Number) for all returns/exchanges. Customer is responsible to pay for shipping costs to mail returns/exchanges back to the company. Customer may choose their method of shipping. Upon receipt of the refund/exchange, Customer Service will contact you for authorization to apply the return on your credit card or pay for shipping for the exchange.
