Returns & Exchanges
*Returns can be made within 30 days of shipment for exchange or refund.
*Shipping charges are non-refundable.
*For exchanges, there will be a reshipment charge. Customer is responsible for return freight.
*If an item needs to be returned for an exchange or credit, call us toll-free at 1-877-326-2300 to receive a return authorization number. This needs to be written on the outside of the package that is being returned.
*Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
*Merchandise must be in new, resalable condition in the original packaging with tags still attached. This means not worn, soiled, having any odor/fragrance or alteration. Any item that is returned that fails to meet these requirements will be returned to the sender and no credit will be issued.
*Shoe boxes must not be damaged and shoes must show no signs of use. DO NOT USE THE SHOE BOX AS THE SHIPPING BOX. Any package returned using the shoe box as the shipping carton will be returned to the customer as the product is considered unsalable.
*Return package must include instructions telling us what you would like done with your returned items. Include a copy of your invoice. If you send the original invoice, that invoice will not be sent back to you.
*Custom orders for items not listed on the website are not returnable or refundable. ALL TIGHTS AND UNDERGARMENTS, BAL TOGS INDUSTRIES ITEMS AND ANY SALE OR DISCONTINUED ITEMS ARE A FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON THESE ITEMS.
*If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we will pay the return shipping.

*Returns or Exchanges for online purchase(s) may NOT be done in the store. A return authorization number must be received and items must be mailed back to the Returns Department. The customer is responsible for the shipping back of the item or exchange.
